google caffeineIf you are a google fan or work for an SEO company, I am sure you have heard that google will be making a big change to their search engine. Google announced back in August that they are working on a secret project, that will not change the appearance of the Google search engine, but will improve the indexing speed, accuracy, and comprehensiveness of search results. This major overhaul was referred to as Google Caffeine.
Google has remained very quiet about the details while they undergo tweaking and testing of Google Caffeine. The most recent update from google is the change to the Caffeine splash page. It now contains the following message:
We appreciate all the feedback from people who searched on our Caffeine sandbox.
Based on the success we’ve seen, we believe Caffeine is ready for a larger audience. Soon we will activate Caffeine more widely, beginning with one data center. This sandbox is no longer necessary and has been retired, but we appreciate the testing and positive input that webmasters and publishers have given.

What I got out of this message, is that they obviously liked the results they got from Caffeine, and will be releasing it very soon, starting with one datacenter. This is very exciting news for those of us who have been waiting months to hear any news from Google in regards to Caffeine.
