This change comes as a result of Big Leap’s evolution of flexible work policies. Our former office on 525 S 850 E will officially close on July 1, 2023.
Offering a Welcoming and Community-Oriented Space
The new office, which is located near I-15 and the Outlets at Traverse Mountain, opened to Big Leap employees beginning May 15, 2023.
Offering a welcoming and community-focused space, the new building will provide our employees with reserved or shared desk space, amenities, and great views. The new location includes plenty of parking, a wellness room, a mother’s room, a fitness center, community events, and more.
Bryan Phelps, CEO and founder of Big Leap explains, “This move provides our team with flexibility to work in an environment they thrive in, while still having the opportunity to get together in person to collaborate and be a part of a community.”

How We Started vs. Where We Are Now
In 2008, Bryan Phelps founded Big Leap with the sole intention of providing brands with a trustworthy source of organic, sustainable growth. This was a result of witnessing empty promises, obscured data, and shortcut methods in the SEO industry.
“Scenarios like this were all too common during my early years working for various SEO agencies; they eroded client relationships and infected internal culture like a virus. A big part of it was that a lot of SEO agencies were able to take advantage of people because it can be a little technical and confusing.”
What began as a small one-man startup flourished into the agency we are today.
Flexible Work Culture
The company has strong roots in an engaging company culture and isn’t letting remote work options hinder this. Big Leap holds monthly company meetings, semi-annual Utah-based retreats, and quarterly activities inclusive for all employees along with extracurricular clubs including foodies, rock climbing, scary club, book club, and outdoor activities.
