A word-lover ever since she can remember, Jaime’s marketing journey began in full swing in 2010 when she managed a writer’s conference. She spearheaded all marketing efforts there, helping to double the conference’s growth.
This experience transitioned into additional opportunities to wear multiple marketing hats across various roles, including content writer and editor, marketing team lead, and social media manager. Working in these roles allowed Jaime to achieve multiple milestones, honing her strategy and campaign execution skills.
Jaime’s additional experience in the editorial and fiction realms enabled her to acquire even more diverse expertise—competencies that have synthesized projects, helped her team and colleagues grow, and brought client goals to fruition. Her efforts have all demonstrated that a story well told is as powerful in marketing as it is in fiction.

Jaime graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Brigham Young University. She has over 13 years of experience in digital marketing and writing. Her drive to learn and robust curiosity have combined organically in her current position as the creative services director at Big Leap.
