Luxor Workspaces, a trusted provider of office equipment, was undergoing a major digital transformation. It was consolidating three e-commerce websites into a single unified domain without hurting its search rankings. But there was a twist.

For the first time, Luxor was moving away from traditional retail partnerships and selling directly to consumers. This shift required more than just a new site. It demanded a digital strategy that could maintain search visibility amid the transition and generate immediate online revenue from a clean slate.

Luxor originally came to Big Leap for SEO support during the migration. But as their SEO efforts progressed, it became clear PPC would be critical for driving early sales and building momentum on the new site. Started from Scratch with a Data-Backed Foundation

Big Leap launched a new Google Ads account tailored to Luxor’s shift into DTC sales. Using insights from Luxor’s legacy e-commerce brands (both what worked and what didn’t), we built a campaign structure focused on fast, profitable performance. From the start, bidding strategies were aligned with Luxor’s Q3 and Q4 fiscal goals to maximize early ROI.

Established a Reliable Revenue Channel with Shopping Campaigns

Google Shopping campaigns were the first to launch and quickly gained traction. We doubled down by segmenting campaigns by product category, allowing us to allocate budget more efficiently to top-performing items. This freed up spending to test additional products and explore new strategies.

Expanded Reach While Staying Agile

We launched Performance Max and Display campaigns to boost visibility and support retargeting as performance stabilized. We also tested lead generation campaigns aimed at B2B buyers. Throughout the engagement, we remained flexible, adapting to monthly budget shifts while protecting ROI and identifying new growth opportunities.

Luxor launched a brand new website on a brand new domain at the beginning of the year. This meant there was no organic visibility to start with, so running PPC on the new website was critical, not just to drive traffic, but to generate immediate sales and start building momentum on the new site from day one.
