Spencer Bierman entered the digital marketing world in 2018. Since then, he’s worked with hundreds of clients across diverse industries, helping businesses grow through smart, data-driven strategies as a digital marketing specialist, manager, and now Big Leap’s Director of SEO.

Problem-solving is at the heart of Spencer’s work. Whether it’s in SEO for B2B and SaaS, content strategy, or competitive research, he enjoys developing creative solutions that drive sustainable growth. No two clients or challenges are ever the same, and that’s exactly what keeps him engaged. He thrives on tackling new obstacles, refining strategies, and seeing the tangible results of a well-executed plan.

Beyond strategy, Spencer is passionate about mentoring and training. He equips clients and team members alike with the knowledge to confidently navigate the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

Outside the workplace, you’ll likely find Spencer outdoors—whether camping, rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, or mountain biking. An avid woodworker, he also spends much of his free time building furniture in his shop.

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication from the University of Utah.
