Anita’s marketing career began in the traditional marketing sector with high-tech companies. This exposure led to a natural progression for her move into the digital space since technology companies were among the first to understand the importance of their online presence.
With two decades of digital marketing experience, Anita works with clients from dozens of industries, from eCommerce, B2B, and B2C to nonprofits. Anita has been a marketing director, account manager, and executive director before her current role as CSE development manager for enterprise accounts at Big Leap—all while maintaining her role of “Mom.”
As a CSE development manager, Anita enjoys the opportunity to leverage what she learns from one industry and apply that knowledge to her palette of creative decisions in other sectors. Her cross-pollination approach to problem-solving makes Anita a powerful and dynamic force for her team. Anita especially appreciates working with multi-service accounts where she can deploy integrated marketing strategies.
Anita’s years of expertise have taught her the importance of building trusting relationships, learning to ask the right questions, and staying current in a world of constant change and innovation.
Business owners face many challenges, which Anita discovered while working in family-owned businesses and running her own freelance marketing company. This background taught her the value of being the marketing expert she would have sought with her company.
When not immersed in the digital marketing world, Anita enjoys being outdoors surrounded by nature while mountain biking, hiking, skate skiing, or snowshoeing.
Anita holds a BS in International Business and Marketing from Northeastern Illinois University and an MSBA from San Francisco State University.
